Responsibilities:
Review and process funding requests from clients, verifying accuracy and completeness of documentation
Conduct due diligence on client accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Analyze client data to identify potential funding issues or discrepancies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, underwriting, and customer support teams, to resolve funding-related issues
Communicate with clients to gather additional information or provide updates on funding status
Maintain accurate records of funding transactions and client interactions in CRM software
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a financial services or payment processing environment, preferably in a funding or operations role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with payment processing platforms (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, ACH)
