We are looking for a highly organised and analytical individual to fill the role of Funding Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing funding requests, verifying account information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
Review and process funding requests from clients, verifying accuracy and completeness of documentation
Conduct due diligence on client accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Analyse client data to identify potential funding issues or discrepancies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, underwriting, and customer support teams, to resolve funding-related issues
Communicate with clients to gather information or provide updates on funding status
Maintain accurate records of funding transactions and client interactions in CRM software
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a financial services or payment processing environment, preferably in a funding or operations role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies

*The ability to work independently and take initiative
*A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
*Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus, training provided)
*A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (OR, local to the company office)
