Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our organisation's mission. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver fundraising plan aligned with ILM Schools' needs. Secure income from donors, grants, and corporate partners. Plan and run campaigns/events (e.g., Ramadan appeals, dinners, online). Build and maintain donor and community relationships. Manage donor engagement and communications. Produce fundraising content with the communications team; share impact stories. Track income and Gift Aid; report to Trustees/Director. Ensure compliance with UK charity law and best practice. Flexible hours (including evenings/weekends) for events.
