EHSL Supported Housing Charity provides high-quality supported accommodation for vulnerable adults across London, the Southeast, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and wider parts of the UK. Our mission is to offer safe, secure homes and intensive housing management services that empower people to thrive in their communities and lead more independent lives.
We are now establishing a dedicated fundraising function for the first time and are looking for an experienced and proactive Fundraising and Partnerships Officer to help build and shape this from the ground up. As the first dedicated fundraising professional in the organisation, you will play a key role in creating, delivering, and embedding our fundraising strategy--laying the foundation for a sustainable income stream and long-term growth.
You will identify and secure funding from a range of sources including grants, individual donors, businesses, and community partners. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will work closely with the Executive Team and Executive Assistant and will be given the visibility, support, and autonomy to build something meaningful and high-impact.

Produce content for fundraising appeals, website, social media, and newsletters.
Represent EHSL at community events, meetings, and external engagements as a confident and compelling ambassador for the charity.
