Summary



We are seeking a passionate and driven Fundraising Manager to join our team at Northumberland Domestic Abuse Services. This role is crucial in securing funding and resources to support our vital work with survivors of domestic abuse. The position will be based in Northumberland, where you will contribute significantly to our mission.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial goals working with the CEO. Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners. Organize fundraising events and campaigns to raise awareness and funds for our services. Manage individual giving and Legacies You are accountable for the management, performance and reporting on all income strands Prepare grant proposals and reports to secure funding from various sources. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance public relations efforts related to fundraising initiatives. Monitor fundraising progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Requirements



Proven experience in fundraising or a related field, preferably within the non-profit sector. Strong public relations skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on donor engagement. Familiarity with fundraising software such as Raiser Edge is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
