Job Description

Develop and oversee creative fundraising and awareness campaigns to promote the Foundation's charitable initiatives and strengthen donor engagement. Liaise with sponsors, donors, and community partners to define target audiences, align campaign messages, and secure ongoing financial support. Plan and manage fundraising events and community outreach programmes that enhance public visibility and participation. Coordinate digital and traditional marketing activities, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels. Review and analyse campaign performance, donor response, and financial data to measure effectiveness and guide future strategy. Ensure compliance with fundraising standards, advertising ethics, charity law, and data-protection regulations. Communicate fluently in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Bengali to engage multicultural audiences and expand the Foundation's donor network
Job specification

Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, donor relations, or community outreach, preferably within a charitable or non-profit setting. Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver successful fundraising or promotional campaigns from concept to completion. Prior involvement in organising events, coordinating volunteers, or managing public engagement activities. Experience in building relationships with sponsors, donors, or community partners to secure financial or in-kind support. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media promotion, and community engagement platforms.
Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong organisational and project-management ability with attention to detail. Capable of analysing campaign data and donor feedback to inform strategy. Skilled in multilingual communication -- fluency in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Bengali is essential to reach diverse donor communities. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
