About Generation Success

Generation Success is a social enterprise dedicated to creating equal access and opportunities for all young people, regardless of their background. We work with employers to design inclusive career pathways and provide underrepresented talent with training, mentorship, and access to meaningful work experiences. Our mission is to close the opportunity gap by empowering young people to reach their full potential and thrive in purposeful careers.

About Movember

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. We tackle mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer--globally. But we know change doesn't come from the top down. That's why we're building a more inclusive movement--starting with our own team.

We are proud to partner with Generation Success to launch a new internship program focused on developing diverse early-career talent. We believe potential lives everywhere--and this is your opportunity to grow, contribute, and thrive.

Join Movember for a 6-month paid internship at their London office, working with their Fundraising team - the team that helps raise money for men's health. This is a chance to gain real experience in the charity world. You'll be part of meaningful work - helping out with the Movember campaign (where we ask people to grow a moustache and raise money), supporting events, working with partner companies, and connecting with local communities.

You don't need a university degree or previous experience.

Just a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a passion for making a difference.

You'll work on different projects and help with admin, organising events and campaigns. You'll also learn about and provide new business, admin, carry out research tasks, and organise events and campaigns. You'll also learn about men's health issues and be part of a team that values teamwork, kindness, fun, and making a positive impact.

What the role will offer:

The internship is a great opportunity to get involved and support the Partnerships team as they work toward big goals that raise money and make a real difference. You'll get hands-on experience in planning projects, working with others, and even building confidence in public speaking and giving presentations. You'll also learn how charities work with businesses to raise money and support good causes.

While this is not a pathway to a permanent role, you'll leave with great experience and useful skills that support you with your next step - whether that's work, training, or education.

We'll support you throughout the internship with:

A dedicated manager who will check in regularly, help you set goals, and give useful feedback

Access to learning and training sessions to help you grow your skills

A welcoming and supportive workplace where everyone is valued and respected

Who Can Apply?

You don't need any prior experience in the charity sector -- just

enthusiasm, curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn

. If you're interested in men's health, passionate about working in a purpose-driven organisation, and want to build your skills in a supportive, inclusive environment, we'd love to hear from you -- even if this isn't a career path you've considered before.
