Our client is an impressive international law firm who are looking to make a key hire within their market leading team.
The firm has an excellent corporate practice with particular strength in venture capital and private M&A. They are one of the leading authorities in the technology and life sciences sphere with incredibly sophisticated teams advising clients on all aspects of their operations and growth. They are looking to recruit a partner with strong fund formation experience to complement their existing team.
There is huge potential to secure funds work from their existing venture capital, PE and corporate client relationships, and there will be some internal work referred.
This position could be suitable to either a junior or more experienced partner - you might for example be at Legal Director level and blocked from partnership while developing your own following. For a more established partner, this firm offers a refreshing alternative from most of the large City players.
