This leading Silver Circle law firm, has a wealth of experience in several practice areas, and has built lasting relationships with clients across several sectors, with a particular focus on asset management, financial services, technology and energy & infrastructure. Their clients include publicly listed and private companies, financial institutions and private equity firms, and other business enterprises involved in large and complex UK and cross-border matters, transactions and disputes.

The firm\'s Fund team cover the full range of matters including Private Funds; Closed-ended Listed Funds; and Real Estate Funds.

• For private funds, the team advise on fund formation and fundraising work (acting for General Partners and Managers) for private equity funds, as well as infrastructure and private debt funds. The team also regularly advise on secondary transactions. They act for selling/buying investors, and private equity funds and their managers on all aspects of secondary transactions from offer through to exchange and closing.

• The closed-ended listing funds cover IPOs on the Premium Segment of the Main Market, the Specialist Fund Segment and the AIM Market, secondary issues, reorganisations and M&A. The team act for London-listed investment funds, their managers and their financial sponsors, and are market leaders in direct lending funds/listed alternative credit strategies.

• The real estate fund cover both real estate investment trusts and private funds utilising limited partnership, unit trust and corporate structures. The real estate managers the team advise invest globally.

The team are now seeking an experienced Funds Solicitor (4-6PQE) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have gained experience in private equity, debt funding, corporate infrastructure, gained at a top-tier firm in London.
