? Complete all the necessary paperwork, contact the relevant authorities, liaise with the minister or celebrant, and arrange other professional services.
? Liaise with crematoria, cemeteries, doctors, hospitals, the police, ministers, florists, and other relevant organisations.
? Market pre-paid funeral plans, providing advice and guidance where required and completing all documentation.
? Provide practical advice and support to families on arranging a memorial.
? To attend and assist with funerals, which may include duties such as driving, pallbearing, greeting mourners and collecting donations.
? Assist with chapel visits and call outs on a rota basis.

? Excellent communication skills.
? Excellent organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
? Ability to conduct duties with upmost discretion and professionalism.
? Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual using own initiative.
? Have a flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
? Competent at using Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
? Access to own vehicle with a full clean driving license.
Desirable
? Previous experience of working within the funeral industry.
? Experience of using Adobe products such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
