Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Funeral Support Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing assistance around the UK, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent caring service is provided to our service users.

0 hour position, would suit a self empoyed person who is looking for additional hours now and again. Due to the nature of this business, there are no guaranteed hours. Hours will be as and when needed.

Duties

Call outs (Days and Nights) Engage with our service users and their service users, in a professional, caring and dignified manner. Long distance & Short distance transfer of care journeys Some heavy lifting and manual handling tasks may be needed. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Must be well presented and dressed in company uniform at all times during services.

Requirements

Previous experience in a support role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
