An exciting opportunity has become available within the Rotherham Furnished Homes team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and dedicated support to our clients.
Rotherham Furnished Homes is a dynamic and fast-paced service, providing high-quality domestic furniture and white goods to RMBC tenants.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maintenance Officer to support our management team. This hands-on role primarily involves the delivery, installation, and collection of furniture and white goods to tenants across the borough. In addition, you will carry out repairs, replacements, warehouse duties, and general maintenance across more than 170 emergency accommodation properties.
This is a physically demanding position that requires regular lifting and moving of heavy items in all weather conditions. As such, resilience and a strong work ethic are essential.
You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service for our 5,700+ existing customers, as well as new tenants. We're looking for a positive team player with a collaborative mindset who can also work independently when needed.
