The Clearance Zone is a succesful family owned, 'Award Winning Discount Furniture Business' which is rapidly expanding and we have already embarked on a regional store opening programme. We are now seeking an experienced, capable and enthusistic Sales person to join our expanding team.
Job description
We are looking to recruit an additional full time Sales assistant, working up to 37 hrs per week. The role will be based in our Barnsley store to back up the existing sales and management team. Helping run and be part of the day to day activities of a busy retail environment. We expect significant opportunities for advancement to become apparent to the right person.
Ideally candidates will have a few years experience in a retail furniture environment or at least in a comparible business. But enthusiasm, a commitment to customer service and a willingness to learn are equally as important, aswell as a passion for driving sales.
As the business has a significant online presence, some knowledge of web sales and electronic communications ie: Facebook, Instagram etc is essential, as well as good computer skills.
This is a 7 day operation so their will be a requirement to work a weekend day within your rota so a flexible attitude in this respect is required.
