, offering a magical range of seasonal products, decorations, and gifts. We are expanding our team and are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join us in both full-time and part-time roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance Provide detailed product information including prices, sizes, and stock availability Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently Support deliveries, restocking, and replenishment of seasonal stock Assist with visual merchandising and help maintain a festive, well-presented store environment Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, tidy, and appealing to customers Contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable Christmas shopping experience

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience in retail or customer service roles A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about our outdoor living and Christmas ranges An eye for detail and interest in retail merchandising A team-player mindset with flexibility to support restocking and seasonal store demands
