About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our HOMARY showroom team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be passionate about furniture and interior design, with a proven track record in sales. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our high-quality furniture collections to drive sales success in our showrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HOMARY products and assist customers in selecting items that meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and effective follow-up.
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience in the furniture industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
