Introducing Our Early Careers Programmes
In partnership with SDC-Learn, we're proud to re-open for the second time only, access to our two industry-leading, work-based apprenticeship programmes designed to shape the next generation of hospitality professionals:

• Future Hotelier Apprenticeship
• Culinary Apprenticeship

These structured, work-based qualifications allow you to gain hands-on experience while achieving recognised qualifications in hospitality services, supervision and leadership or professional cookery. Our apprenticeships are open to enthusiastic learners aged 16-24 who are ready to take the first step towards a rewarding career.
Programme Structure: Build Your Career, Your Way
Year 1: Foundation Year - Develop core skills, industry knowledge, and practical experience to prepare you for future management roles and permanent positions within Crerar Hotels.
Year 2: Development Year - A personalised learning experience tailored to your interests, leading to an advanced qualification, if you wish and meet the criteria.
Within 12 months, you'll achieve a minimum SCQF Level 5 or 6 qualification. Within 2 years, you could progress to SCQF Level 7 or 8, gaining the equivalent of a Higher, HNC, or HND, all while earning a salary and gaining invaluable on-the-job experience.
