Previous skydiving experience is not required - we'll provide all the training you need. What matters most is enthusiasm, physical capability, and a genuine excitement to help shape the future of indoor skydiving.

The job is physically demanding, but incredibly rewarding. You'll help people of all ages experience the thrill of flight, receive comprehensive training in coaching and tunnel operation, and work closely with a supportive team to deliver world-class experiences every day.

This is a full-time position with a minimum two-year commitment.

What you'll be doing:

Coaching and guiding flyers in the wind tunnel Creating a safe, fun, and professional environment for all customers Working on shift with up to five instructors, including a shift manager Operating the tunnel and related systems Supporting daily operations and maintaining high safety standards

Fitness requirements - To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following physical standards:

- Level 5 on a 65 foot beep test

- Agility T-Test [30ft x 30ft]

- 15-Minute Strength Test including; 20lb medicine ball, 40lb sandbag, 50-120lb resistance bands, and military push-ups]
