These are unique roles designed for individuals who want to be "next in line" for permanent management positions as our group continues to evolve.

The Level 5 Leader:
If you are already qualified to Level 5, we will work with you to refine your operational leadership skills, preparing you to step into a senior role within our growing portfolio.
The Aspirational Level 3 or 4:
If you are a brilliant practitioner but haven't reached Level 5 yet, we offer a
6-month tailored coaching programme
. Alongside our internal mentorship, we will partner with a leading training provider to support you in achieving your
Level 4 & 5 qualification
, ensuring your credentials match your ambition.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading by Example:
We believe the best leaders stay rooted in practice. You will lead from the front, mucking in with the team on all daily tasks--from high-level planning to changing nappies and assisting with kitchen duties. You will model "Gold Standard" behaviour, showing that every task contributing to a child's day is a priority.
Compliance, H&S & Care:
You will be a champion for safety and excellence, ensuring all H&S protocols, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance standards are met. You will ensure these standards translate into uncompromising
care
for every child.
Group-Wide Immersion & Collaboration:
To ensure you understand our organisation's DNA, you will work across our different settings on a rota basis.
Monday Morning Huddle:
On a rota basis, you will attend our group-wide Monday morning "Management Huddle" via Teams. This is your chance to share thoughts, challenges, and achievements directly with the wider leadership team.
Cross-Site Support:
You will broaden your experience by supporting different teams and environments, providing floor cover and sharing best practices wherever you are based.

Eye for Detail:
You understand that Compliance, H&S, and care are the foundations of a successful nursery.
Qualifications:
Minimum Level 3 required. We highly value those with a Level 4 or those ready to begin their Level 5 journey.
Flexibility:
You see the value in working across different sites to support the wider group and grow your own expertise.
Language:
The ability to communicate in Welsh is highly desirable for at least one of these roles.
