We are looking for a motivated

Future Pathways Mentor

to support community members aged 16+ into education, training, apprenticeships, or employment. You will deliver 1:1 mentoring, group sessions, and employability support, helping individuals build confidence, develop skills, and overcome barriers.

Key Responsibilities:



Mentor individuals who are NEET (not in Education, Employment or Training) or at risk of. Support CV writing, interview skills & goal setting. Identify suitable training, job and apprenticeship opportunities. Build links with employers and training providers. Record progress and report outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Experience working with young people or adults in mentoring, youth work, coaching, or Relevant qualification (Level 3 youth work, coaching, careers). Strong communication, motivation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of local education, training, and employment pathways. Organised, positive, and supportive approach. Experience partnership-working. Driving licence (if outreach required).
