We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and highly skilled Service Team members to join our prestigious team at Eastlands Venue Services working across two iconic venues for world-class entertainment and football, Etihad Stadium and Co Op Live. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience to high-profile guests, ensuring a first-class level of service

Provide a welcoming atmosphere to all guests. Ensure an exceptional standard of service to all customers at a fast efficient pace. Preparing the Kiosk areas for service. Assist in always keeping the catering units clean and tidy. Taking orders over the counter and inputting in EPOS till systems, processing payments or helping customers with self-service units when required. Serving food and drinks to customers over a counter where applicable. Stock control and rotation throughout service. Deal with colleague and customer requests and queries. Comply and complete any company paperwork as and when requested. Learn the menu offered to be able to provide full product knowledge to spectators. Restocking all the fridges and cleaning down the unit at the end of the shift. Abide by and enforce all licensing laws. Follow all food safety regulations when serving and handling food products. Attend mandatory and other training as required. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Knowledge of and understanding of safety standards and ensure implementation. Deliver on environmentally friendly processes and procedures, energy use and waste management and ensure full implementation across your area. Deliver experiences which blow our competition out of the water and last long in the memory of our fans.
