We are seeking a skilled and passionate Game Operation Specialist to join our team. This role requires someone with a solid understanding of the game lifecycle, player psychology, and operational strategy. You will be responsible for event planning, user operations, community management, and external partnership coordination. Your work will directly influence user retention, monetization, and overall player experience.
Operating Duties:
Event Operations:
Monitor in-game data and user behavior to design engaging in-game events aligned with game progression
Draft event proposals and coordinate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth roll-out
Follow up on version update pipelines, handling exception issues during deployment
User Operations:
Segment user base and run targeted campaigns to improve retention and drive conversions
Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback via surveys and research, and help implement improvement plans
Community Operations:
Maintain content consistency and support updates across game announcements and patch notes
Publish official communications and ensure version information is accurately conveyed
Monitor community sentiment, collect user feedback, and report actionable insights to the product team
Business & Partnership Operations:
Liaise with external partners for game onboarding and publishing opportunities
Identify and negotiate advertising and promotional cooperation with potential vendors or platforms
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above; major not limited
3+ years of experience in game operations, with hands-on involvement in at least one commercially launched game
Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute in-game events
Proficient with data tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, or DataFocus
Strong writing and documentation skills; ability to present ideas clearly
Passion for gaming and deep understanding of gamer behavior and psychology
Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
Prior experience with RPG, SLG, or card games is a plus
Bonus Points:
Successful campaign case studies (event plan links or summary reports) are highly encouraged
Proven ability to create viral or high-conversion activities is a major plus

26,000 - 30,000 per year + additional personal allowance (15 per working day)
