We're expanding our team and looking for a creative, passionate, and driven Game Producer to help deliver the next generation of digital casino games across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms for a global audience.


In this role, you'll collaborate closely with design, art, audio, development, and QA leads to bring new slot games to life, from concept through to certification. You'll take ownership of planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that every game follows its defined creative vision and meets quality standards at each milestone.

What You'll Do

Lead the production of high-quality casino games with external cross-functional teams including artists, animators, engineers, audio designers, and game designers. Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables through all phases of development from concept and design to testing and certification. Ensure that each project delivers on its creative and technical vision as outlined in design documentation. Facilitate clear communication and alignment between internal stakeholders and external development partners. Use Jira or similar tools to manage sprints, track progress, and conduct milestone reviews. Participate in game reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain consistency and quality. Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep production on track. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively.

About You

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience managing the production of mobile or online games from concept to release. Proven ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams (typically 6-8 people). Strong understanding of project management principles and tools. Track record of delivering polished, high-quality games on schedule. Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Experience with Jira and familiarity with localisation workflows. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to contribute new ideas and themes for future games.

What We'd Prefer

Knowledge of browser based game development technologies. Background in casino, social or video game development. Understanding of gambling regulations (US, Canada, EMEA). Exposure to Adobe Photoshop. Experience with Agile methodologies. Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones and cultures. Awareness of emerging trends in casino games and player behaviour analytics.
