We are looking for a Game Operations Manager that has a passion for slick processes, an eye for detail and efficiency. Our games run 7 days a week and almost 365 days a year and rely on a number of partner business for slick operation.
You'll manage a number of our games to ensure smooth operation, that venues are well stocked, identify any potential issues and improve processes to help CityDays provide a smooth experience for all involved. There will be regular visits to monitor current experiences across a range of different cities.
As new projects unfold you'll be there to project manage and ensure everything is inline operationally for a smooth roll-out.
We're looking for new team member that is; full of energy, able to showcase excellence in their field and has desire to improve processes to help things run smoothly. There is scope for the right candidate to help expand the team further, develop new processes and shape this area of the business.
The Role:
Maintain all operational aspects for current CityDays experiences
Regularly contact and maintain relationships with current partner venues to ensure they have everything they need
Make regular visits to our experiences to check on status, any problem areas and drop in on venues.
Help forge new relationships with partner business on new experiences
Strong administration skills and comfortable making/receiving phone calls.
Process driven, optimising recurring tasks and identifying areas of inefficiency.
Good at making data driven decisions
Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers, and clients, always working in a calm, friendly and professional manner.
A willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, acting with tact and diplomacy, and demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.

Min 3 years operations experience. Demonstrating expertise in your area.

Proven creativity and vision in the development of your profession.
High proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets.
Project management experience

Full time working hours are 37.5 per week - 9am to 5mpm - Monday to Friday.
Holidays: You'll start on 22 holidays plus bank holidays which will increase each year up to 27 days of annual leave.
