Position: Games Centre Assistant (Nights)

Location: Swansea, City Centre

Hours: Night Shifts (Full-Time & Part-Time Available)

Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour (Base Rate) | 13.29 per hour (Night Rate)

Are you friendly, reliable, and customer-focused? We're looking for Night Shift Games Centre Assistants to join our energetic team at our busy Adult Gaming Centre in the heart of Swansea.

In this overnight role, you'll be the welcoming face for our late-night customers -- greeting guests, preparing refreshments, assisting with queries, and ensuring everyone enjoys a safe and enjoyable visit. You'll also help keep the venue running smoothly, from cash handling and machine upkeep to keeping the environment clean and inviting.

We're a fast-growing, independent gaming brand, offering a modern, stylish setting with the latest machines and content. Open 24/7, our Swansea venue needs dedicated night staff who can keep standards high while supporting a premium customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, professional attitude Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Handling cash and replenishing machine floats Performing basic machine troubleshooting and upkeep Supporting smooth overnight operations and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Great people skills and a customer-first approach The ability to stay alert, calm, and proactive during busy periods Comfortable with cash handling and basic technical tasks Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts Over 18 years of age (due to gambling regulations)
