Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Games Design Lead to join our dynamic team to develop game software for the UK gaming market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for developing games for the regulated UK land-based gaming market, including in the licenced arcade, bingo and casino sectors. You will be responsible for leading the game design process and being actively involved in all areas of development. The role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of gaming product for the UK market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Novomatic Group to define, design, and ship new games. Pro-active awareness of market activity and trends to ensure relevant game design.
Skills
Strong knowledge of game mechanics and player preferences. Strong experience in game software development. Strong knowledge of game maths / probabilities / RTP balancing. Knowledge of game art and sound production. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across the Novomatic Group. Familiarity with compliance and regulation in the UKGC framework.
