Are you ready to coordinate gaming projects across multiple teams?
We're on the lookout Graduate Project Executive to support our Gaming Operations Manager across a range of exciting projects across Commercial, Games, Design, and Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who already has experience in the iGaming sector and a passion for slots. You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business from working on new game launches and rollouts, to supporting partner communications, CMS updates, and design requests. This isn't a passive role you'll be right in the middle of the action, coordinating across teams and helping us deliver projects with quality and pace. What You'll Do
All you need is:
2:1 or higher Degree;
A genuine passion for iGaming and, most importantly, slots and previous experience working in the iGaming industry (internship, placement, or entry-level role);
Confident communicator with an outgoing personality comfortable speaking with partners and internal stakeholders;
Keen eye for detail good at accurately creating, maintaining and updating various reports and projects in Jira/Confluence;
Organised, professional and able to manage multiple tasks across teams;
Comfortable working in a remote-first environment disciplined, proactive, and able to stay connected with colleagues;
Hands-on experience with marketing, design processes, CMS management and using excel;
Curious and ambitious someone who wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving business.
Your daily adventures will look like:
Project Support: Assist the Gaming Operations Manager in coordinating and tracking projects across Commercial, Games, Design, Compliance and Marketing;
Content & CMS Management: Upload and maintain game assets, marketing materials, and news on our CMS to ensure our website and partner portals are always up to date;
Design & Marketing Support: Brief and review creative assets with the design team, helping shape campaigns and content that stand out;
Partner Interaction: Liaise with external partners when needed, ensuring smooth communication and helping to strengthen relationships;
Documentation & Reporting: Keep project documentation, trackers, and reports clear and organised so the team has full visibility on progress;
Team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments from game producers to commercial managers to ensure projects move forward without blockers.
