Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced
Ganger / Supervisor
to join their team on arenovation project
, supervising and working alongside teams of labourers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of works.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate teams of labourers on site Assist with practical works alongside the team as needed Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards Monitor site progress, report issues, and communicate effectively with management Maintain site health and safety standards and promote best practices
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within construction or renovation projects Valid
CSCS card
SSSTS
orSMSTS
certification (essential) First aid certification beneficial Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work proactively and lead teams safely and efficientlyJob Type: Temporary
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: From 18.00 per hour
