Ganger

to join our Living Places team, working across

Lincolnshire

What you'll be doing

As a Structures Ganger, you'll lead a team delivering a wide variety of works, including:


Deep excavations, piling, and shoring installations Concrete works - formwork, falsework, repairs, and pours Kerb laying, parapet fencing, drainage, chambers, ducting, and footway improvements Asphalt laying and compaction Vegetation clearance and vacuum excavation Supporting emergency and winter service provision
You'll ensure that all works are carried out

safely, to a high standard, on time and within budget

, while acting as a key representative of Balfour Beatty with clients and stakeholders.

Who we're looking for

Essential:

Full UK driving licence Strong focus on health & safety Integrity, pride in work, and reliability Flexibility to work overtime or shifts when required

Desirable:

EUSR Levels 2-5 in excavation Confined Space Training Highway Maintenance, Groundworks or Construction experience LGV Class 1 or 2 licence NRSWA Training / CSCS Highway Maintenance CPC, NVQ Winter Service, Telehandler training Vacuum excavation experience #LI-Onsite
