designed for those looking to develop professional skills in

teaching, leadership, admin, and community engagement

before starting university or a career.

What You'll Do

Tutor and support students (ages 5-16) in English, Maths or Science Help plan and run workshops, events, and staff training Gain insight into educational operations, scheduling and communications Act as a mentor to younger students and a learning consultant for families Develop public speaking, organisation, and sales skills

Qualifications

Gap Year Student Knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and their families. Ability to educate and inspire students while adapting to their unique learning needs. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed academically. Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are advantageous but not mandatory.
