Service Receptionist
to join our team and be the welcoming face of the business.
The Role:
As our Service Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. You'll manage bookings, coordinate with technicians, and keep customers informed about their vehicle's progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Manage service and repair bookings efficiently
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer and vehicle information
Liaise between customers and workshop staff
Prepare invoices and process payments
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
About You:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable manner
Confident using computers and booking systems (training provided)
Previous experience in a reception or customer service role (motor trade experience is an advantage but not essential)
