We're looking for a Garden Centre Assistant to join our friendly team in the plant area, where your passion for horticulture and customer care will truly blossom.

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming and assisting customers with plant selections and gardening advice Ensuring our plant displays are beautifully maintained and well-stocked Supporting day-to-day operations to keep the centre running smoothly Taking pride in the care and presentation of our plants and products Adapting to a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

What We're Looking For:

A genuine interest in plants and gardening Great communication skills and a helpful attitude Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in Flexibility to work alternate weekends

The Details:

Full-time, permanent role 37.5 hours per week, including alternate weekends A chance to grow your skills in a supportive, plant-loving team
