Duties
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe environment.
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols.
Support skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing assistance where necessary.
Participate in site inspections and report any hazards or issues to management.
Experience
Previous experience in a labouring role or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
A strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
Familiarity with basic tools and equipment is beneficial.
