Job Title: Garden Maintenance Team Leader

Location: Southampton, SO32 2DA

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa312.00 an hour with an overtime rate of up to \xc2\xa315.60 an hour

Job type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours a week, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday)

The Role:

We are looking for experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leaders to join the department, maintaining gardens/grounds of all shapes and sizes across Southern Hampshire. You will be tasked with providing potential and existing clients with a range of professional aftercare services for their gardens. This is all with the aim of delivering a high level of satisfaction to our clients.

The Candidate

Essential:

• Plant knowledge & identification
• Soft Landscape experience
• Plant care, pruning & shaping experience
• Garden Machinery knowledge
• Risk assessments and onsite health and safety
• A positive \xe2\x80\x98Can Do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude
• Driving licence

Desirable:

• PA1/PA6 Spraying Certificates
• NPTC Chainsaw Certificate of equivalent
• Experience working with domestic/commercial clients
• Pest and disease knowledge

Experience: Gardeners \xe2\x80\x93 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
