Job Summary

We need a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our maintenance team. You're confident in hedge, shrub and small tree work, and competent to work on your own or with others. This role involves maintaining local gardens, ensuring the aesthic appearance and health of plants. You will work with various tools and equipment to carry out gardening tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform regular garden maintenance, primarlily hedge and shrub care. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks. Assist in landscape maintenance projects, including the installation of new plants. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening tools and equipment. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute garden designs that enhance the overall landscape.

Qualifications

Proven experience in gardening or groundskeeping is preferred. Knowledge of plant names and their care. Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions. A genuine passion for gardening and landscape aesthetics is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.25-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
