Gardener - Full-Time, Permanent

Pay:

12.21-18.75 per hour

Hours:

Minimum 40 per week

We're currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Gardener to join our expanding team. If you're passionate about working outdoors and creating beautiful green spaces, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Care for clients' gardens through weeding, mowing, hedge trimming, pruning, and mulching Monitor plant health and manage pests or diseases Use hand tools and power equipment for landscape maintenance Assist with the installation of plants, hard landscaping (e.g., patios, fences), and soft landscaping features (e.g., turfing, planting beds) Work collaboratively with team members to promote efficient practices Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Required Skills & Experience:

Solid understanding of plant care and landscaping techniques Hands-on experience in both domestic and commercial garden maintenance Proficiency with hand tools and garden power equipment Initiative and problem-solving skills Familiarity with a variety of garden styles and layouts A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
