Role: Experienced Gardener / Horticulturalist

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop gardens for high-end residential and commercial properties.

- Work directly with property owners and residents to tailor garden plans.

- Utilize state-of-the-art tools, machinery, and our leading garden management software.

- Handle a mix of regular maintenance (50%) and new bookings (50%).

- Independently manage your schedule with support from our management team.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in gardening or horticulture.

- Strong knowledge of plants, garden design, and maintenance techniques.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a varied schedule.

- Proficiency with garden management software (training provided).

- Valid UK driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,500.00-33,000.00 per year
