The Role

We're growing and looking for a

Grounds Maintenance / Gardener

to join our talented horticultural team based in

Iver, Buckinghamshire

. You'll work across some of the region's most prestigious estates, manor houses, and high-end commercial and residential properties.

You'll support your team leader in delivering top-quality maintenance services while upholding our exacting standards and company values.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who's passionate about horticulture, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in what they do. You should be a reliable team player who's happy to work hard and grow with us.

Essential:

A full UK driving licence Minimum 3 years' experience in horticulture or grounds maintenance Relevant training or horticultural qualifications

Desirable:

PA1/PA6 chemical spraying certificates Machinery operation and maintenance training Trailer towing licence
