Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Gardener to join our team at our Gledfield Estate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty of our holiday parks through effective landscaping and groundskeeping. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' experience in the great outdoors.

Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance of gardens and landscaped areas to ensure they are visually appealing. Irrigate plants and manage watering schedules to promote healthy growth. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks. Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and weeding. Assist in planting, growing, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the estate's grounds. Collaborate with the management team to design new garden layouts and improve existing landscapes.

Requirements

Proven experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is essential. Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and gardening techniques. Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an outdoor environment.
