We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man/woman/Gardner on a Part Time Basis. This is ideal for an active person who enjoys working outdoors. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, with focus on garden maintenance. This role requires proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools, as well as an understanding of gardening and outdoor maintenance. Responsibilities

Conduct landscape maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, brushing outside areas, collecting leaves, painting fences, outside doors. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete various tasks safely and efficiently. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and gardens. Assist with gardening projects, including planting, weeding, and maintaining healthy soil conditions. Painting outside buildings and fences. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools are stored correctly after use. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance, painting and grass cutting would be an advantage . Proficiency of hand tools and power tools; ability to operate them safely. Experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Wages for this position are starting at 12.50 per hour, this may increase depending on experience Hours Summer Months - 3 days dropping to 2 during winter months
