Job Overview: Gardener/Landscaper

Saunders Gardening Services is seeking a motivated and skilled Gardener/Landscaper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various aspects of garden maintenance, including hedge cutting, weeding, lawn care, landscaping, and fencing/fence repairs. You must be physically fit, as the role involves manual labor and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular garden maintenance tasks, such as mowing, pruning, and weeding. Trim and shape hedges to maintain a tidy appearance. Plant and nurture flowers, shrubs, and trees. Carry out landscaping projects, including planting, paving, and turfing. Install and repair fences, ensuring they are sturdy and visually appealing. Ensure gardens are kept clean and healthy. Use and maintain garden tools and machinery safely.
Key Skills:

Proficiency in garden maintenance, hedge cutting, weeding, landscaping, and fencing. Experience in fence installation and repairs. Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work. Good physical fitness and stamina. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of plants, garden care, and landscaping techniques is an advantage.

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour
