Gardener/landscaper Team Leader
Job Description
We are looking to further expand our team, by employing a hard working, enthusiastic and approachable team leader.
The successful candidate will be able to work well as part of a team but also under their own initiative, be comfortable working outside in all weathers and be able to communicate well with both team members and customers alike.
We undertake a variety of tasks including grass cutting, pressure washing, landscaping and garden maintenance.
The successful candidate will have previous leadership experience within garden maintenance, landscaping, contract grass cutting or similar sectors. They must be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills.
This role will be a permanent full time position.Most of the work is within a normal working week although occasional weekend work may be offered.
Up to 15 per hour based on experience
You must hold a full UK Driving Licence and be able to commute to Cotehill, South Carlisle.
