About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Grounds Maintenance Operative

to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure that our outdoor spaces remain clean, safe, and well-presented throughout the year. This is a hands-on position suitable for someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out routine commercial grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and planting Litter picking and ensuring pathways and public areas are kept tidy Assisting with seasonal tasks such as leaf clearance, snow removal, and gritting Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment safely Reporting any site issues or hazards to supervisors Following health and safety guidelines at all times

About You:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude Full UK driving licence (desirable)
