Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team in our garment factory. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Working hours 8:30-5, flexibility of hours as we go into busy periods

Duties

Operate and maintain various machines. Producing orders according to specifications and quality standards. Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse as needed.

Skills

Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
