About the Role

Nuco Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of London and the South East's leading social housing maintenance contractors. We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their Gas & Mechanical Services Division, overseeing major housing association contracts across the region.

You'll be the key point of contact for clients, responsible for ensuring smooth operational delivery, commercial performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction across large-scale gas servicing and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of gas maintenance, servicing, and compliance works for housing association clients.

Lead and develop operational and administrative teams to deliver high-quality service.

Monitor contract performance, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and financial targets are consistently met.

Attend client and internal meetings, providing detailed performance and financial reports.

Identify opportunities for service improvement and contract growth.

Manage budgets, invoicing, and cash flow across your accounts.

Champion health & safety excellence across all areas of delivery.

About You

ACS qualified (minimum CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1).

Experienced in managing gas or mechanical servicing contracts, ideally within social housing.

Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Excellent commercial awareness and reporting ability.

Confident managing multi-site operations and teams.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London.
