Opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Gas and Catering Engineering Specialists in the South West.

Excellent roles available for both Gas Engineers and/or Experienced Catering Equipment/Refrigeration Service Engineers for both Commercial and Domestic environments, to join an established family run business based in North Devon. Role includes: Servicing, maintenance, repairs and installation of a wide range of gas and electrical equipment to the Catering, Hospitality and Public sectors.

Working all over the UK we work within Domestic, Food Manufacturing, Holiday Parks and Power Stations. So no day is the same at Gasman Engineering!

We provide all the tools to do the job, including Van, mobile tablet, and all travel expenses paid.

This role may require you to work away from home, to which all expenses are paid by us, including Accommodation, travel, parking, and food.

Salary Ranges from: 18 to 25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Realistic earning in excess of 40k for an engineer possessing the relevant skill set.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working on all aspects of commercial gas including (but not limited to) installation and maintenance of boilers, boosters, pipework and Ovens.

Attending, including out of hours, reactive, diagnostic and emergency repair calls including liaison with colleagues and suppliers to obtain information on parts, costs and lead times

Installing and carrying out site works associated with the installation of gas appliances.

Where appropriate to do so, providing our site based customers with guidance on the operation and management of their assets and advising them when assets need to be replaced or upgraded rather than repaired

Providing data to support the creation of quotations (including equipment, parts and labour)

To be the Subject Matter Expert while on site, advising customers, and stakeholders of progress and proposed plans.

Enforcing and monitoring Health and safety practises.

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING

Current ACS qualifications / Commercial Gas Safe registered plumber

Commercial Gas qualifications/Domestic Gas qualifications/Industrial Gas qualifications

Gas Catering qualifications/GAS LPG qualifications

Current driving licence and able to work in the UK

EXPERIENCE

Experienced in commercial mechanical services, heating and hot water services
