We are an established engineering services provider and are seeking a qualified and experienced Gas Service & Repair Engineer to join its team supporting domestic housing contracts in the Dudley area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of domestic gas appliances and systems in occupied properties. Key Responsibilities
Perform routine servicing and reactive repairs on domestic gas appliances, including boilers and heating systems
Aim for first-time resolution where possible, with access to technical support and parts logistics
Respond to emergency call-outs as part of a rotating on-call schedule (additional remuneration provided)
Maintain accurate records and adhere to health, safety, and compliance procedures
Deliver high-quality work in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
Provide professional and courteous service to residents, particularly within social housing environments
Requirements:
Minimum of two years' post-qualification experience as a domestic Gas Engineer
Gas Safe registered
Current ACS qualifications, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, and CKR1
Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points
Right to work in the UK
Experience working within social housing contracts is desirable
