About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Gas Engineer

to join our team. You will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of gas systems across a variety of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive approach to safety and compliance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair gas systems and appliances in residential and commercial settings. Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic tests to ensure gas equipment meets safety and operational standards. Troubleshoot system issues and carry out timely and effective repairs. Perform planned preventive maintenance on boilers, heaters, cookers, and other gas appliances. Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and site managers to complete installations and repair projects. Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and company safety policies. Maintain accurate records of work carried out, materials used, and safety checks performed.

Required Experience and Skills:

Proven experience as a Gas Engineer or in a similar technical role. Skilled in using a range of hand and power tools for gas system work. Familiarity with gas system assembly, disassembly, and reassembly. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and fault diagnosis. Welding, plumbing, and carpentry skills for system installation and modifications. Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces. Basic maths skills for measurements, pressure calculations, and installations. Valid

Gas Safe Registration

A valid

commercial driving license

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
