Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gas Engineer self employed position with cis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience within:

- Boiler Breakdowns

- Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

- Boiler Servicing

- Boiler Installs

Responsibilities

Assemble and install gas appliances, ensuring all fittings are secure and compliant with safety regulations. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on gas systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair gas-related issues, utilising problem-solving skills to identify faults efficiently. Use power tools and hand tools effectively for installation and repair tasks. Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation of gas equipment. Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and plumbers, to complete projects effectively. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any repairs or installations carried out. Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Gas Safe Registered Valid driving licence with own van Own tools Experience using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of the job requirements. A background in plumbing is beneficial but not essential.
