Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Domestic Gas Engineer to join our growing team. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking for a hands-on, customer-facing role with the chance to develop and grow within our expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out reactive maintenance and plumbing work

- Service and repair gas appliances, including cookers, fires, and water heaters

- Ensure notes are up-to-date in our software system by the end of each day

- Liaise with customers, colleagues, and management effectively

- Maintain high attendance and professionalism at all times

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Gas Safe registered

- CCN1 - Domestic Gas Safety

- CENWAT- Central Heating and Water Heater Appliances

- HTR1 - Gas Fires and Wall Heaters

- CKR1 - Domestic Gas Cookers

- CPA1- Combustion Performance Analysis (for testing gas appliances)

- CDGA1 - Domestic Gas Meter Installation (if applicable)

- Full UK driving license (essential)

- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining gas appliances

- Strong knowledge and customer care skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Polite and approachable, with a hands-on approach to work

- Ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
