Gas Engineer - Part-Time, Flexible Routine (West Yorkshire)

NO CONTRACTS. STRICTLY EMPLOYED WITH OUR COMPANY ONLY.

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Gas Engineer to join our friendly team on a part-time, flexible basis -- ideal for someone seeking a balanced schedule or extra work.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 5 hours per day (Can possibly change days)

Work 3 weeks per month, with 1 week off each month

Approx. 15 hours per week when working

Pay:

17 per hour (approx. 255 per week worked) - (Based on experience)

MONTHLY PAY

Must have vehicle for work use

Mileage paid at 45p per mile (HMRC rate)

Tool allowance 0.50p Per Hour

Note on Duties & Payment:

All work - including gas safety inspections, issuing gas safety certificates (CP12s), servicing, installations, plumbing jobs, and related paperwork -- is covered within the agreed hourly rate. No additional payments will be made for completing or issuing certificates, as this responsibility forms part of the standard duties under the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out gas safety certificates

Boiler servicing, maintenance, and installations

General plumbing tasks

Attend call-outs as required (within agreed schedule)

Liaise with the director for parts ordering and job planning

Requirements:

Valid Gas Safe registration and relevant qualifications

Experience with domestic gas appliances and plumbing

Professional, dependable, and organised

Based in West Yorkshire
